Personal Approach:
My approach is an integrative one, which means I use methods and insights drawn from several psychotherapeutic traditions - person centred, psychodynamic, transpersonal - in order to best help you at this point in your life. I also work cognitively with relationship problems, co-dependency and compulsive and addictive behaviours.
I believe that difficulties and crises can become opportunities for growth and positive turning points in our lives if we receive the right kind of support and understanding: and I see it as my task to help you gain insight into yourself and help empower you to make beneficial changes where necessary.
